On behalf of our client, Servisource Recruitment is seeking an experienced Professional Chef to manage general food preparation and cooking duties for a kitchen setting in a HSE facility
Candidates must have a professional cookery award 706 1/2 or equivalent and up to date HACCP certificate.
Ideally candidates will have previous experience working with in a production or care facility kitchen.

Candidates must have the following;
Candidates must have up-to-date and relevant certificates in Manual Handling, HACCP and Infection Control.
Knowledge of special diets is an advantage.
Must be willing to undertake Garda Vetting.
Fluent in English is essential.
This is a temporary contract which may lead to a permanent role.
