Myhomecare.ie, Ireland’s trusted homecare service provider, seek to employ a client care coordinator to cover their North East Region.

This exciting position, within an international organisation, will allow you to draw on your experience of the Home Care sector to provide care recipients in their homes with adequate monitoring and supervision on behalf of myhomecare.ie

We are looking for innovative, enthusiastic professionals who demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation while displaying flexibility and ability to adapt to change to join our team.

Overall Objective:                            

The successful applicant will have strong administration and rostering experience. They will be capable of managing all aspects of day to day operations, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care to those most in need.

Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for

Ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients

Assisting with client and staffing issues

Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to

Be compliant with internal operational audit procedures

Development and maintenance of key client relationships

Prepare and present status reports and presentations as needed

Manage area billing and accounts receivable

Assisting with caregiver recruitment and scheduling where required

Participating in the development and marketing of the company

Communicating client and caregiver concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate

Organisation of office administration

Preparation of weekly management reports

Assisting and supporting the Client Care Managers in their roles

Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief care available

Ad hoc duties as required

Applicants will be pro-active individuals with strong communication, negotiation, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Have excellent relationship building skills

Demonstrate proven negotiation experience and influencing skills

Applicants must ensure attention to detail

Be performance orientated

Possess the ability to share knowledge

Have demonstrated good commercial and business acumen

Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies, process reengineering and change management

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Preferred background in nursing, social work or other ancillary services

ECDL and comfortable in an IT rich environment
