Servisource Recruitment are working alongside their client seeking an experienced Product Controller.  This position is a full-time, permanent role based in South Dublin.
Job Description

To ensure that the needs of the customers and consumers are met by:

  • Managing optimum stock levels with the objective of maximising Customer Service Levels
  • Managing product co-packing process
  • Managing the product data administration process

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee inventory levels are in line with established targets and differentiated based on the product classification within the business
  • Minimize out-of -stocks to deliver casefill targets
  • Own Age Analysis supply chain process with sales and factories
  • Guarantee that co-packing products are executed and available to sales
  • Guarantee accurate and timely set up, maintenance and discontinuation of product Masterdata

Key Activities

  • Control market stock levels by working with factories, demand planning and sales
  • Report on inventory levels and casefill to local business and factories
  • Ensure Age Analysis action occur through reporting & action with sales
  • Work closely with the planning and customer service team and our 3rd Party Distributor to communicate & resolve any product supply issues that may arise
  • Transfer & receipt of stock from co-packers physically and on SAP
  • Scheduling of co-pack production to meet business demands
  • Set up and maintain product Masterdata (including product profile generation in SAP)

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree
  • 2 years+ relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong planning & organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills as the role entails exposure to all levels of seniority
  • Excellent numerate and computer literacy skills
  • SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience within either in a similar role
