What kind of pay rates do your healthcare team offer?
At Servisource Healthcare we honour the HSE increment pay system in accordance with Verification of service form supplied, meaning a signed copy of your verified service from previous employers will be considered when deciphering your rate of pay in all HSE facilities, pay in private facilities however may vary.
How does Servisource refer a friend scheme work?
At Servisource Healthcare we are provide a refer a friend scheme for all active staff varying between €100-€500 per referral. The referred candidate will be subject to complete 120 hours of work before receiving the referral bonus
- Domestic/Catering staff: €100 per referral
- HCA’s/MTA’s: €300 per referral
- Nurses: €500 per referral
What is the CIF C-19 certificate for construction?
The CIF C-19 certificate is an induction programme that is designed to protect you, your follow employees and the wider community to work safely. Its key goal is to ensure that all employees working in the construction sector, has the knowledge and understand on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the Construction sector.
When you complete the induction, you will receive a digital card, on your phone, confirming that you have successfully completed the programme. You will need this to access a site.

As an agency we can never guarantee hours or the duration of time you will be required. We aim to have a good idea of the clients’ requirements before advertising the job so we aim to be able to give you as much information about the hours as possible, but we can never guarantee anything. On occasion our clients offer our staff permanent roles.
What does Garda vetting involve?
As an agency we can never guarantee hours or the duration of time you will be required. On occasion our clients offer our staff permanent roles. As part of your application pack, you will be sent a Garda vetting invitation form. Once you have filled this out and returned it along with a photo of your passport and proof of address, Servisource will send the form to the Guards on your behalf. The applicant will then receive an email from the National Vetting Bureau, in which they must input their current and previous addresses along with some other personal information. Once this is done, Servisource generally receive your vetting disclosure form from the Guards after 1-2 weeks.
How long does the application process usually take?
This can vary, depending on the applicant and the role they will be working in, but the process usually takes 2-4 weeks. With our new supportive automated candidate journey, the process should be much quicker.
What kind of roles do you offer within healthcare settings?
We offer a large variety of roles within healthcare settings varying from nurses and healthcare assistants to chefs and catering assistants as well as domestic staff and porters.
What if I do not have up to date certification for training courses such as Patient moving handling and CPR?
At Servisource healthcare our dedicated training department provide a range of training courses for both active staff members and non-staff members looking to upskill both online and in person. Our training courses are delivered in several centers across Ireland making it accessible to all. Some of the training courses include CPR training, Patient moving/manual handling, infection control, safeguarding vulnerable adults and many more, meaning if you are in need of a refresher we are more than happy to provide it.
Can I work as a Healthcare Assistant if I’m a Student Nurse?
Yes, of course. We offer some great incentives for student nurses including being placed higher on the HSE pay scale depending upon your year of study. We also hire nurse positions, so as soon as you qualify you could continue to work with the company.

Minimum Requirements
Healthcare Assistants
- A Full Fetec level 5
- Min 6 Months experience in a similar position
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
- Full Immunisation history including (Hep-B, Varicella, BCG, MMR)
- Irish residency or relevant work permit (GNIB)
- Willingness to provide previous workplace references
Construction Workers
- Min 1 year experience in a labourer role
- Valid Safe-pass card
- Valid Manual Handling Cert
- Safety Boots
- CIF C-19 Cert
Warehouse Workers
- Working in a warehouse environment min experience would be 1 year
- Safety boots
- Counterbalance forklift license in date
- Safe-pass certificated
- Valid Manual handling Certificated
Caretaker Workers
- All Candidate must go through Servisource process of Garda Vetting
- Candidate must have a Valid Manual Handling Certificated
- Have at Least 1-year experience in a Caretaker role.
