Servisource Healthcare is seeking dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Clinical Nurse Managers to join the leadership team in nursing home facilities located in North, West & South Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of nursing services.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance and infection control programs.
• Oversee staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.
• Handle resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Participate in surveys and inspections by regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• NMBI Registration
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to mentor, train, and inspire a team.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
