Servisource Workforce Solutions understands that this winter will be challenging for the HSE due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. That’s why we developed the Servisource Winter Journey, together with Myhomecare, Allied Admissions, and our Education Support teams.
The Servisource Winter Journey ensures the HSE can focus on what matters most, your patients, by providing a total workforce solution, from clerical officers, triage nurses, healthcare assistants, porters, radiographers to catering staff. Servisource staff will care for your patients every step of the way, even after discharge, through our bespoke homecare packages.

Business Support
Our Business Support Team specialise in supplying staffing solutions to suit every need of the HSE, whether temporary, permanent or contract.
Supplying Clerical and Medical Secretary staff within all HSE disciplines nationwide including Primary Care, Health Centres, Acute Hospitals, Maternity Care, Mental Health Services, Children and Family Services to name a few.
Understanding the HSE’s time is valuable, we reduce their workload by managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end – Advertising, sourcing, interviewing, placement & post placement support. As well providing each client within the HSE with their very own dedicated Account Manager and specialised Recruitment Team who will be fully available to assist the HSE on their recruitment journey.
Our aim is to reduce staff turnover within the HSE by recruiting high quality Clerical Officer candidates specifically for the department the HSE requires assistance within such as Reception, A&E, Admissions Department, Medical Records etc.

Training
Servisource Training provides both online and face to face training in infection prevention and control.

Our Occupational Health Division has a nationwide network of Occupational Health Nurses & Doctors including a mobile screening clinic which can be deployed to any location.
We provide a range of Health Screening programs and Health Surveillance services, including Vaccinations.

Healthcare Temporary
Servisource provides temporary healthcare solutions that work for you. During this winter period, Servisource will be there when you need our support most.

Healthcare Permanent
Servisource Permanent Healthcare Division have a pipeline of Nurses both Domestically and Internationally, UK, Europe, India and South Africa.
We offer a full 360 recruitment experience, from shortlisting of candiates, preparing interview panels, compliance, contracts, onboarding of nurses to inc PPS, Bank Acc, GNIB to applying for work permits, so you can focus on what matters, patient safety and care.
The onboarding of our candidates is what makes us unique, each nurse is met at the airport by a Servisource employee together with a Welcome Pack, this contains a sim card in order for the nurse to call loved ones back home to let them know they have arrived safely. We escort the nurse to their accommodation ensuring they settle in to their new surroundings. From interview stage nurses can be ready to hit the wards within a 8 week period*

Myhomecare.ie, Ireland’s leading JCI Accredited homecare agency, has the capacity to manage Homecare packages across all 9 CHO areas prioritising Home First. Patient safety and patient centred care are at the core of all our services.
Our Rapid Community Response Nurse Lead Team, supported by Clinical Nurse Managers, Client Care Managers and Bookings Coordinators allows us to commence care in the home within 24 hours after the Clients Hospital Assessment has taken place. This enables a speedy discharge from Hospital to Home, allowing for much needed increased hospital bed capacity.
Myhomecare’s qualified and experienced Nurses and HCA’s will ensure continuity of care and patient safety. Supported by our One Touch Technology bookings system, this technology reinforces our remote care management platform driving standards of high-quality care and patient safety.
Myhomecare is partnered with our new Remote Health Management App ISAAC which ensures that those more vulnerable in our society will no longer feel isolated. The ISAAC Pendant Falls Alarm, promotes independence, wellbeing, and safety not just in the home but while out and about.

Assisted Admissions
The Assisted Admissions Team provides a specialised mental health patient transport service across Ireland on behalf of the HSE. This service allows for the transfer to or return of a person to an approved centre in accordance with section 13 and section 27, of the mental Health Act, 2001.
Our Assisted Admissions team are vetted by the HSE and fully qualified in the safe transfer of mental health patients.
Allied Admissions service is the only such service in the world to be accredited to Joint Commission International Standards (JCI) and operates to ISO 9000:2015 standards in terms of its systems and processes.
Education Support
Servisource Education Support is Ireland’s leading provider of Education Support in Further and Higher Education Facilities. Servisource Education Support provides appropriately qualified and experienced Educational Support Workers (ESW) to assist students with disabilities equal access in Education.
We co-ordinate the day-to-day ESW support and streamline the recruitment, rostering, HR, compliance, training, payroll, and billing operations into one package. We provide a range of suitably qualified ESW’s as required by individual students registered with the service. The type of support services required are dependent on the needs of the individual students., from note takers to full Academic personal assistance for all aspects of their campus life.
