The client would like to engage with Support Workers who will be based in the borders between South London and Surrey.  

The hospital provides therapeutic and socially inclusive programmes as per care plan. The role involves working alongside local voluntary schemes and Colleges.

The role of the Support Worker will involve:

Support and monitor those with ongoing physical health problems alongside their mental health needs

Assisting groups about elimination of inappropriate patterns of coping along with problem solving

Close working relationships with multi-disciplinary teams

Ensuring that people in the client’s care can return to their home areas in a timely manner

Providing an agreed pathway with clear, therapeutic objectives through secure care

Knowledge of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) process

Working on a roster system providing support 24/7

The environment is modern and finished to a high standard promoting a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for people in the businesses care

Experience required to be considered for this role will include:

Have updated and relevant support working experience

Bring the ability to make a positive impact on the team

Continually provide safe, personalised and effective care
